Hi! I’m Nicole Lebreux! 

I’m a community herbalist, self care mentor, and earth centered biz coach that helps women more deeply connect with the earth, source energy, and their multidimensional selves through plant medicine, meditation, and introspection.

I have been an entrepreneur for the past 12 years, owning many businesses including a vintage clothing store, an eponymous clothing line, and my current online business of teaching herbalism, meditation, intuitive movement, self awareness, and confidence in my group program Cosmic Earth Collective and 1:1 with the Radical Self Care Mentorship.

It is my passion + mission to empower women (just like you!) to live the life that they dream of living through wholistic practices.

Everyone has a divine mission here on earth (even, and especially, if it’s to find freedom through helping others!) and I would love to help you uncover + live yours. YOU have something so unique to offer, and I can help you muck through the misogyny, white supremacy, trans/homophobia, and capitalist bs to get there!

This program consists of 3 components:

• The Course, biweekly 60-90 minute classes (see module descriptions below) where you’ll learn everything you need to know to grow a thriving, sustainable, reciprocal, and money-making business

• The Coaching, biweekly 60-90 minute coaching calls where I will answer specific questions you have about that weeks content + homework, offer advice on everything from biz names to bookkeeping, and give you an inside look at how other small businesses thrive

• The Community, possibly the most valuable part of this program! A major lesson I learned this year is that making bold scary life changing decisions is so much easier when you have a support squad cheering you on! This program will give you just that - an engaged Facebook community where you can share challenges + wins, ask + offer advice, and simply be there for each other. You don’t have to do this alone!

We will have a live call every week switching between lessons and coaching calls. Live call day and time will be determined by my schedule + when the majority of students are available (most likely a weekday, midday or evening.)  All live classes will be recorded. The community will always be open. There will also be homework each week that will include journal prompts to shift your mindset and actionable steps to take towards growing your business. (It’s all mind opening, light hearted, and exploratory... I promise!)

🌼 Module 1: Self Care is Earth Care  

In order to thrive in your business (and life) you need to have sustainable self care practices in place to nourish + support your body, mind, emotions, and spirit. Only when you have a calm nervous system are you able to make clear decisions with your brain AND your intuition. Operating this way will open you up to receive divine messages + directions from the earth, your guides, and the universe. 

In this module you will be introduced to all of the other incredible women in this program, and you will put into place a daily self care routine that is simple, nourishing + fun so you will stick with it! We will also focus on the big, scary, and expansive vision you have for your life and your biz!

🌼 Module 2: Cultivate Your Community

Your business wouldn’t exist without other humans to support and be supported by. We so often strive to do things all by ourselves, but this is a capitalist structure and not the natural way of being. We need each other to live vibrant lives! This is where reciprocity comes in- you have something to offer that people crave, desire, and NEED... so give it to them! 

In this module you will learn how to uncover who your ideal student/client/customer is, build community that supports you + your patrons, social media strategy, whether or not you need a website, and how to create an engaging email list. No business operates alone; learn how to call in the people that you dream of working with!

*BONUS* Instagram Best Practices Class that will teach you how to find your people, create relationships, and find out exactly what your clients need on this social media platform. These are the methods that I use to make new friends, engage in meaningful conversations, fill my programs (like this one!), and attract clients to work with me 1:1. Hint: you don’t need a large following to be successful! 

🌼 Module 3: Nourish Your Roots

Trees reach their roots DEEP into the earth for nourishment, support, and stability… so let’s build a potent, unshakable infrastructure for your biz! And then there’s this: so much of what’s holding you back is MINDSET, the thoughts that you consciously or subconsciously think about what is and isn’t possible for you. 

This module is all about money and the foundational systems that your biz needs to stand strong + tall in an ever changing world climate. We will discuss registering your biz, how to keep track of money coming + going, bank accounts, and pricing your product or service. (I know that these probably aren’t your favorite topics but they are so necessary to building a business that will last!) We will also dive into limiting beliefs that you have about money + reframe them into thoughts that will inspire you instead.

*BONUS* Customizable Spreadsheets to track your money!!! Seriously, implementing these spreadsheets to count your $$$ is worth the price of this course alone; total gamechanger! These are the exact spreadsheets that my bookkeeper created for me to use in my biz to track income, expenses, AND project future earnings. I know many of you need support here and I am so glad to offer it to you!

🌼 Module 4: Celebrate Your Unique Being

There is no one else on this planet that is just like you - and you can learn how to harness this to attract your soulmate clients who love you for you. Let me tell you, authenticity works! Every time I am vulnerable, embarrassing, or just plain human people connect with me even more. Your uniqueness is your gift! It is your superpower! And it’s the way that your business effortlessly falls into place.

In this module you will learn how to showcase what makes you exceptional, define your values + ethics, express your creativity, show up authentically, and lead by example. Live the life that you want to live according to your own rules and standards. We will discuss branding, how you want to show up for yourself + your community, and the programs and tools that will help you.

*BONUS* Canva Best Practices Class that will teach you how to utilize this free, simple, and fun graphic design program to showcase your creativity in flyers, banners, social media graphics, advertisements, and other promotional materials. This is the program that I use for all of my graphic design needs.

🌼 Module 5: Ecosystems of Support

As a solo entrepreneur you are probably doing everything by yourself, feeling unorganized, unfocused, and not sure exactly what you should be working on or doing next. It might be unclear how to best deliver your product/service in a way that is simple, efficient, and requires less work + time from you. 

In this module you will learn how to create simple pathways for clients to follow from finding you → paying you, and all that comes in between. We will also discuss the pros + cons of many programs that have been created to help you become more automated so you’re not doing every single tiny task manually. This creates so much space + time in your biz for doing the things that you would rather be doing instead.

*BONUS* Time Tracking Spreadsheet so you can figure out exactly where your time is going and how to best utilize it. Once you start paying attention to how you spend your time and how long it takes to do things, guilt eases and the never ending to do list is managed. The time that you have on this planet is yours to do what you want with it!

🌼 Module 6: Your Offering in Full Bloom

Wow! You have just spent the past 10 weeks learning soooo much about running an abundant online business. I’m sure your mind has been blown, you’re leaning into the support of your community of fellow students, your confidence has greatly increased, and you are ready to release your offering to the world! Congratulations! 

In this module you will create your offering! This is the product(s) or service that you will begin to sell and make money on right away. You’re going to want to make it complicated with lots of options and prices, but I’m not going to let you. Lol! We’re going for simple, easy, and fun. You will learn how to package your offering, how to deliver your program/product, and the tools that will make this process easier.

*BONUS* Launch Logistics Class that will teach you the exact steps to take to build excitement around your offering, connect + form relationships with your ideal clients, and fill your programs/sell your products with ease! Just casually mentioning one time, “oh hey, I have this thing do you want it?” isn't going to bring in the results that you desire. I have never had a launch that brought in less than multiple 4 figures, and these are the exact steps that I take to do so.

PS- I could have spent hours upon hours putting together a “perfect” sales page, but I decided to spend time outside with my family, meditating, and walking in the woods instead. Practicing what I preach: Done is better than perfect, and Self care is more important than hustling. These are two major lessons that you will learn in this program!
